Bakkie Wraps
Colour change and branding wraps for single and extended cab bakkies, planned around the load bin, canopy and rough use.
Triton bakkie styling and branding, fleet graphics and PPF for the Pajero Sport, ASX and Xpander.
Mitsubishi has a loyal following in South Africa, from the Triton bakkie and the Pajero Sport SUV to the ASX crossover and the seven-seat Xpander. These vehicles work hard on building sites, farms and long-distance trips, and many are part of company fleets. Most of our Mitsubishi work falls into three groups: business branding, rugged styling for bakkies and SUVs, and protection for family vehicles.
Car Colour Wraps is an independent workshop in Rivonia, Sandton, and is not affiliated with or approved by Mitsubishi Motors. We use 3M and Avery Dennison vinyl films for wraps and branding.
The Triton’s doors, load bin sides and tailgate give plenty of room for branding or styling. Business owners often add logos, contact details and service lists, while private owners ask for bonnet decals, side graphics, a darker grille surround or a chrome delete. We work around tailgate handles, reverse cameras, sports bars and canopies, and bin liners and textured plastics are not wrapped.
Businesses running several Tritons, Xpanders or Pajero Sports benefit from consistent branding across every vehicle. We prepare a layout for each model so logos and lettering sit correctly on different body shapes, and graphics can be replaced if your branding changes. Installations take place at our Rivonia workshop; ask us whether on-site installation is possible for your fleet project. Reflective elements can be added for vehicles that work at night, provided they don’t imitate emergency-vehicle markings.
The Pajero Sport often tows, travels gravel roads and carries families on long trips, so clear paint protection film on the bonnet, bumper, mirrors and lower doors is a common request. It is designed to absorb stone chips and does not change the colour. The ASX suits contrast roofs, chrome delete and satin colour changes. On all models, parking sensors, cameras and any driver-assistance radar are left uncovered.
The Xpander is a practical people carrier, and owners usually want low-maintenance choices. Gloss finishes are easier to keep clean than matte, and front-end PPF helps reduce chips from daily highway driving. A black roof and mirror caps or a metallic-look colour change can give it a more modern look, subject to material availability.
Tell your insurer about any wrap or branding, and check with your licensing authority whether a full colour change needs to be recorded. Our 5-year workmanship guarantee covers our installation workmanship only, not how long the film or colour lasts.
