Fleet branding is about more than putting a logo on many vehicles. Every vehicle must look the same, come back on schedule and leave your operation running while it is off the road. Car Colour Wraps has the capacity to wrap up to 50 vehicles per week, and guarded, covered storage for up to 200 vehicles while your fleet is being branded.
This service is for businesses branding a whole fleet or a large batch of vehicles: logistics and courier operators, service companies, rental and leasing fleets, security companies, sales teams and any organisation that needs consistent branding across many vehicles.
About this service
A fleet project starts with one approved vehicle. We brand a pilot vehicle, you inspect it in person, and that vehicle becomes the reference for colour, placement and finish across the rest of the fleet. Only after sign-off do we schedule the remaining vehicles in batches, planned around your operations so that only part of the fleet is off the road at any time.
Our capacity to wrap up to 50 vehicles per week means larger fleets can be completed in a planned sequence rather than one vehicle at a time. The actual weekly number for your project depends on vehicle size, coverage and design complexity, and is agreed in the rollout schedule. Guarded, covered storage for up to 200 vehicles means vehicles waiting for installation, or waiting for collection, are kept secure and out of the weather instead of standing in an open lot.
Consistency across batches is managed deliberately. Artwork is locked after pilot approval, the same material and laminate are used throughout where availability allows, and printed colour is checked against the approved pilot vehicle for each batch. Each vehicle is logged on intake with a condition report noting existing damage, chips or paint defects, and we keep a record of which design version, panel layout and registration was branded. That record makes later rebranding, panel replacement and new-vehicle additions faster and more consistent. Installations take place at our Rivonia workshop; ask us whether on-site installation is possible for your fleet project.

Why choose it
- Capacity to wrap up to 50 vehicles per week, so large fleets are branded in a planned sequence
- Guarded, covered storage for up to 200 vehicles while the fleet is being branded
- One approved pilot vehicle sets the standard for every vehicle that follows
- Batch scheduling keeps most of your fleet on the road during the rollout
- Condition reports on intake give you a clear record of each vehicle’s state before branding
- Fleet records make later additions, repairs and rebrands consistent
Things to consider
- Weekly volume depends on vehicle size, coverage and design complexity, so not every project runs at full capacity
- Mixed fleets need separate layouts for each model, which adds design time
- Vehicles with resprayed, damaged or weak paint may not be suitable for full coverage
- Installation takes place at our Rivonia workshop; on-site work is not standard and must be discussed for each project
- Printed colour can vary slightly between print runs, so long gaps between batches need careful colour checks
Preparation and installation process
- Fleet audit and brief. You share your vehicle list by make, model, year and quantity, plus your brand guidelines and operational constraints. We identify how many layouts are needed and flag any vehicles that need closer inspection.
- Design per vehicle model. We prepare layouts for each model on accurate templates, keeping logo size, colour and positioning consistent across the fleet. You approve each layout before anything is printed.
- Pilot vehicle approval. One vehicle is branded first and inspected by your team. Colour, placement and finish are signed off, and the pilot becomes the reference for every batch.
- Batch schedule. We agree a rollout plan that sets how many vehicles arrive per batch, when they are dropped off and when they are collected, to minimise downtime. Vehicles can be held in guarded, covered storage for up to 200 vehicles while they wait.
- Intake and condition report. Each vehicle is logged on arrival with a condition report recording existing damage and paint concerns. Vehicles with issues are flagged to you before work starts.
- Branding and colour check. Vehicles are branded at our Rivonia workshop, and printed colour is checked against the approved pilot for each batch to keep the fleet consistent.
- Handover and fleet record. Vehicles are inspected and released per batch. We keep a record of design versions and panel layouts per vehicle so replacement panels and future rebrands match.
What affects the price
- Number of vehicles and the mix of makes and models
- Coverage per vehicle: full wrap, partial wrap or lettering
- Number of separate layouts that must be designed
- Removal of existing branding before rebranding
- Paint condition and preparation across the fleet
- Storage needs and the batch schedule required
- Material and laminate choices across the fleet
Every vehicle is different, so we quote each job individually. Your final quotation depends on the vehicle, the material, how much of the vehicle is covered, any artwork, and the condition of the paint once we have assessed it.
Turnaround
Fleet timing depends on the number of vehicles, how many layouts are needed, how quickly the pilot vehicle is approved, the coverage on each vehicle and how many vehicles you can release from operations at once. With capacity to wrap up to 50 vehicles per week and guarded, covered storage for up to 200 vehicles, we can plan larger rollouts in batches, but the actual schedule is set per project. We confirm the rollout timeline with your quote once the fleet has been assessed and the pilot vehicle is agreed.
Care and maintenance
- Give drivers a short care guide: hand wash, mild shampoo, no direct pressure washing on edges
- Ask drivers to report lifting edges or damage early, with a photo
- Avoid brush-type automated car washes for wrapped vehicles
- Use covered parking at depots where possible to reduce sun exposure
- Include branding checks in your routine vehicle inspections
- Keep the fleet record up to date when vehicles are replaced or sold
Frequently asked questions
How many vehicles can you brand at once?
We have capacity to wrap up to 50 vehicles per week. The number scheduled for your project depends on vehicle size, coverage and design complexity, and is agreed in the rollout plan.
Where are vehicles kept while waiting?
We have guarded, covered storage for up to 200 vehicles while fleets are being branded. This lets you drop off a batch in one go without vehicles standing exposed while they wait.
Can you install at our depot?
Installations take place at our Rivonia workshop. Ask us whether on-site installation is possible for your fleet project, and we will tell you what is practical.
How do you keep colours consistent across batches?
Artwork is locked after the pilot vehicle is approved, the same material is used where availability allows, and printed colour is checked against the pilot for each batch. If there is a long gap before a new batch, we compare test prints against existing vehicles first.
What happens when we add vehicles or change our branding later?
Because we keep records of the design version and layout used on each vehicle, new vehicles can be branded to match and damaged panels replaced. A full rebrand can be planned as a new rollout, including removal of the old branding.
