Paint protection film is not a vinyl wrap

Paint protection film (PPF) is a thick, clear urethane film designed to absorb stone chips, light scuffs and everyday abrasion on the panels you choose. It keeps your original colour visible. A vinyl wrap, by contrast, changes colour and finish and is not designed for impact protection.

PPF works best on healthy paint. Existing chips and scratches are sealed under the film rather than removed, so we check the paint first and may suggest correction or touch-ups beforehand. How well the film performs and how long it looks good depends on the film chosen, the condition of the paint, the installation and how the vehicle is cared for.
