These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the website you agree to them. Your quotation and any job card or agreement for work on your vehicle will set out the terms for that work.

Information on this website

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information only. Services, finishes and materials depend on availability and on the suitability of your vehicle, and are confirmed in your quotation.

Quotations

Submitting a quote request does not create an agreement. Quotations are based on the information and photos you provide and may change after we assess the vehicle in person, for example if the paint condition differs from what we expected.

Appointments

Assessment and consultation bookings made online are confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. Installation bookings made online are requests only and are confirmed by our team after checking capacity, materials, artwork and your accepted quotation. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Images

Gallery images labelled as our work show work carried out by us. Images labelled as finish examples or design concepts are illustrations of what a finish or design can look like and are not customer installations.

Your uploads

By uploading photos, logos or artwork you confirm that you have the right to share them with us for the purpose of your quote and project.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics and the Car Colour Wraps logo, belongs to Car Colour Wraps or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
