- Vehicle details: make, model, year, number of vehicles, and photos of your vehicle that you upload.
- Project details: the service you are interested in, finishes, budget range, preferred dates, artwork and logos you upload, and anything you tell us in your message.
- Appointment details: appointment type, date and time, and notes.
- Technical information: a one-way hashed version of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse, and basic website statistics.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange appointments.
- To carry out the work you ask us to do and communicate with you about it.
- To keep records required for business, tax and legal purposes.
- To protect our website from spam and misuse.
- To send occasional news and offers, only if you have separately opted in. You can opt out at any time.
Marketing
Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. Marketing consent is a separate, optional tick box. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any marketing message or emailing us.
Sharing your information

We keep enquiry and appointment records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period.
