The Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Velar and Evoque are popular across Sandton and the northern suburbs, and their clean, minimalist styling suits wrapping well. Owners often want a darker black-pack look, a contrast roof, a full colour change or protection for the front end and lower doors.

The floating roof and contrast styling

Range Rovers are known for the floating roof effect, where blacked-out pillars make the roof appear to hover over the body. If your vehicle has a body-coloured roof, wrapping it in gloss black creates this contrast. We plan cut lines along the roof edges and around the panoramic glass roof, roof rails and aerial, and the pillars can be finished in matching gloss black.

Black packs and chrome delete

Factory black packs swap bright grille, side vent and badge finishes for black or dark grey. On a vehicle without one, a chrome delete covers window trims, side vents, lettering and lower bumper inserts in gloss black, satin black or a dark grey tone. The fine bonnet and tailgate lettering on many models is detailed, so we decide case by case whether to wrap individual letters or leave them.

Flush handles, sensors and lighting

Newer Range Rovers have deployable flush door handles, slim LED lighting, multiple cameras and radar sensors. Film is trimmed around the handles so they deploy freely, and cameras, radar areas and lights are left uncovered. Sensors housed in the mirrors on some models and parking sensors in the bumpers are also kept clear, and we check everything works after installation.

PPF for gravel roads and highway driving

Many Range Rovers are driven on gravel roads to farms and lodges as well as on the N1. Clear paint protection film is designed to absorb stone chips, and coverage of the bonnet, bumper, wings, mirrors and the lower doors behind the front wheels addresses the most exposed areas. Results depend on the paint’s condition.
