Point-of-Sale & Sales Graphics

In-store POS, sale and promotion graphics for windows, counters, shelves and fridges, with changeovers and multi-store rollouts.

Point-of-sale graphics are the campaign messages that appear where customers decide to buy: on the shop window, beside the till, along the shelf edge and on fridge doors. They come and go with each sale, launch or season.

This service is for retailers, franchise stores, brand owners and agencies that run regular promotions and need graphics produced, installed and later removed on their premises, whether in one store or across many.

About this service

Sales graphics are short-lived by design, so the materials are chosen for clean application and removal as much as for appearance. Window sale graphics, counter wraps, shelf strips, display panels and fridge or door wraps each use films suited to the surface, such as removable vinyl for glass, low-tack films for painted or laminated counters, and films that tolerate the condensation and temperature changes on fridge doors. We use vinyl from 3M and Avery Dennison where suitable, subject to material availability.

You supply the prices, offers and promotional wording, and you approve the final proofs. As the retailer or brand owner, you remain responsible for making sure each promotion, price claim and set of terms complies with the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable consumer law. Our role is to reproduce your approved content accurately at the right size and position, and to flag obvious inconsistencies, such as a price that differs between two sizes of the same graphic.

Campaigns are a cycle. When a promotion ends, the old graphics need to come down before the new ones go up, ideally in one visit outside trading hours. Graphics are produced and installed on your premises, and access and after-hours work are arranged per project. For campaigns running in several stores, we keep a size schedule for each store’s windows, counters and fixtures so the same campaign fits and looks consistent everywhere.

Suitable vehicles and common uses

  • Retail stores running seasonal sales, launches and month-end promotions
  • Franchise outlets that receive campaigns from head office
  • Brand owners and agencies placing promotional graphics in retail partners’ stores
  • Convenience stores, delis and forecourt shops with branded fridges
  • Pharmacies, cellular stores and electronics retailers with counter displays
  • Pop-up promotions and in-store activations

Available options

  • Window sale graphics and promotional lettering, using removable films
  • Counter, till-point and display-unit graphics
  • Shelf-edge strips, wobbler panels and fixture graphics
  • Fridge and freezer door wraps in films suited to condensation, subject to material availability
  • Door and entrance promotion graphics
  • Campaign changeovers, including removal of old campaign graphics
  • Multi-store campaign rollouts with a size schedule for every store

Options depend on the material available at the time of your project and on your vehicle. We confirm exactly what is possible in your quotation.

Why choose it

  • Promotions appear at the point where buying decisions are made
  • Removable films make frequent campaign changes practical
  • One visit can remove the old campaign and install the new one
  • Size schedules keep a campaign consistent across different stores
  • Old graphics are removed properly rather than left to peel

Things to consider

  • We reproduce the prices and wording you supply, and consumer-law compliance of the promotion remains your responsibility
  • Graphics left up long after a campaign ends are harder to remove and may leave adhesive
  • Fridge doors with heavy condensation or damaged seals can affect adhesion
  • Some counter and fixture finishes may mark or lift when low-tack films are removed
  • Window coverage may be limited by centre rules, fire exits or your own security and visibility needs

Preparation and installation process

  1. Campaign brief. You share the campaign dates, stores involved and the surfaces to be branded, along with the artwork or brand files.
  2. Store measurements. We measure windows, counters, shelves and fridge doors at each store, or work from an existing size schedule, and note surface types.
  3. Proofs with your content. Your prices, offers and wording are placed into scaled proofs for every size. You check and approve the content before production.
  4. Production and packing. Graphics are printed or cut on the agreed films and packed per store and position, so installers know exactly what goes where.
  5. Changeover on site. Our team removes the outgoing campaign, cleans the surfaces and installs the new graphics, at times arranged around your trading.
  6. Photo record and removal date. Each store is photographed for your records, and a removal or next changeover date is agreed.

What affects the price

  • Number of stores and how many graphics each store receives
  • Size of windows, counters and fixtures covered
  • Film choice for glass, counters, shelves and fridge doors
  • Removal of the previous campaign and surface cleaning
  • After-hours installation and travel between stores
  • How often campaigns change over
  • Artwork resizing for different store layouts

Every vehicle is different, so we quote each job individually. Your final quotation depends on the vehicle, the material, how much of the vehicle is covered, any artwork, and the condition of the paint once we have assessed it.

Turnaround

Timing depends on when you supply final prices, offers and wording, how quickly proofs are approved, the number of stores and positions in the campaign, material availability and the after-hours slots available at each store. Campaign launch dates are worked backwards to allow for production and installation. Timing is confirmed with the quote once the store list and campaign dates are known.

Care and maintenance

  • Clean window graphics with a soft cloth and mild, non-ammonia cleaner
  • Wipe fridge door graphics gently and avoid scraping ice or condensation off the film
  • Keep sharp tools and scrapers away from counter and shelf graphics
  • Remove graphics when the campaign ends so adhesive does not bake onto glass
  • Report damaged graphics during a campaign so the panel can be reprinted from the same file

Frequently asked questions

Who checks that our sale prices and offers are correct?

You do. You supply the prices, offers and wording and approve the proofs, and you remain responsible for consumer-law compliance of the promotion. We reproduce the approved content accurately and will point out obvious inconsistencies we notice.

Can you take down our old campaign when you install the new one?

Yes. Removal of the outgoing graphics and cleaning of the surfaces is usually done in the same visit, before the new campaign goes up. How cleanly old graphics come off depends on the film, the surface and how long they were up.

Can fridge doors be branded?

Yes, using films suited to condensation and temperature changes, subject to material availability. Doors must be clean and dry at installation, and heavily iced or damaged doors can affect adhesion.

How do you keep a campaign consistent across stores with different layouts?

We keep a size schedule for each storeu2019s windows, counters and fixtures, and resize the campaign artwork to fit each position. Every store gets graphics packed and labelled by position.

Can installation happen outside trading hours?

Yes. Access and after-hours work are arranged per project with you, and with centre management where the store is in a mall.
