Trucks and trailers cover long distances and carry very large panels, which makes them highly visible brand carriers. They also bring their own challenges: curtain sides, corrugated or riveted bodies, and reflective conspicuity markings that must stay visible.
This page is for logistics companies, distributors and owner-drivers wanting cabs, rigid bodies or trailers branded. Installations take place at our Rivonia workshop in Sandton.
About this service
Each body type is approached differently. Box bodies with smooth panels take printed wraps well. Corrugated and riveted bodies need film worked into each rib and around rivet heads, or a design that sits on the flat sections. Curtain-side trailers use flexible fabric curtains that are not suited to standard vehicle vinyl; branding on curtains is usually printed onto the curtain material itself by a curtain supplier, so ask us early how best to approach this for your trailers.
Reflective conspicuity markings on the sides and rear of heavy vehicles and trailers are a legal requirement. Branding must not cover, obscure or replace them, and reflective graphics must not imitate emergency-vehicle markings. Please check the current requirements for your vehicle class; we plan designs to leave existing markings clear. Truck cabs can be branded on doors, wind deflectors and side fairings, keeping lights and mirrors clear.
For fleets, we have the capacity to wrap up to 50 vehicles per week and guarded, covered storage for up to 200 vehicles. Ask us whether on-site installation is possible for your fleet project. Results depend on panel condition, material, installation and care.

Why choose it
- Very large surfaces carry your brand on every trip
- Trailers and cabs can be branded consistently across a fleet
- Graphics can be updated or removed when vehicles change hands
- Damaged panels can be replaced individually
- Fleet capacity and secure, covered storage support large rollouts
Things to consider
- Fabric curtain sides are not suited to standard vehicle vinyl
- Corrugations and rivets add installation time and can limit design
- Conspicuity markings must stay visible, which shapes the layout
- Weathered, oxidised or repaired panels may not bond or remove predictably
- Very large vehicles must be able to access the workshop
Preparation and installation process
- Survey. We record each truck and trailer type, body material, panel condition and the position of conspicuity markings.
- Design. Artwork is laid out around ribs, rivets, doors and markings, and approved by you before printing.
- Preparation. Panels are washed, degreased and inspected, as road film and diesel residue affect adhesion.
- Installation. Film is applied at height using safe access equipment, worked into corrugations and around rivets where included.
- Final checks. We check that lights, markings, doors and number plates are clear and edges are sealed before release.
What affects the price
- Truck, body and trailer size
- Body construction: smooth, corrugated or riveted
- Full wrap, partial graphics or lettering only
- Number of vehicles and scheduling
- Design complexity
- Panel condition and preparation
Every vehicle is different, so we quote each job individually. Your final quotation depends on the vehicle, the material, how much of the vehicle is covered, any artwork, and the condition of the paint once we have assessed it.
Turnaround
Timing depends on the size and construction of each body, coverage, design approval, printing and the number of vehicles. We plan installations around your operations. Timing is confirmed with your quote after the vehicles have been surveyed.
Care and maintenance
- Use washes suitable for wrapped vehicles; avoid harsh brushes
- Keep pressure washer jets away from edges, rivets and rib ends
- Clean diesel and road grime off lower panels regularly
- Check that conspicuity markings stay clean and visible
- Report loading-bay damage early so panels can be replaced
- Avoid strong chemical degreasers on printed film
Frequently asked questions
Can you brand curtain-side trailers?
Fabric curtains are not suited to standard vehicle vinyl. Curtain branding is usually printed onto the curtain material by a curtain supplier. Speak to us early so we can advise on your options.
Will branding cover our reflective conspicuity tape?
No. We plan designs so existing conspicuity markings stay clear and visible. Please check the current requirements for your vehicle class.
Can you handle a large truck fleet?
We have the capacity to wrap up to 50 vehicles per week and guarded, covered storage for up to 200 vehicles. Ask us whether on-site installation is possible for your project.
Can corrugated bodies be wrapped?
Often, yes, but film has to be worked into each rib and around rivets, which adds time. Some designs are better placed on flat sections only.
